You may return an item for a refund or exchange of the merchandise within 15 days of delivery; all items must be new in it's origninal box/packaging. All you need to do is ship the item back to us. Once we receive your item for return, they are inspected. Please note, if you return an item the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact Crib Outlet to arrange for a prompt replacement.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
We package all of our products wth extreme caution to ensure they arrive at your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We add additional packaging on many items, and we refuse to sell products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 15 days. We're happy to send you replacement parts as soon as possible.
Our Truck Freight return policy.
It's the customers responsibility to measure and make sure that the furniture you are purchasing will fit into your house/staircase/room/etc. In the event that the furniture is delivered and does not fit into the house/staircase/room/etc there will be a 20% restocking fee. Also, the initial delivery fee will not be refunded/credited.
As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. However, if you received this item and find there is substantial damage or some other issue, please contact Crib Outlet.
